The perfect sailboat project: A bluewater fixer-upper for coastal cruising and beyond

Michael wants to learn how to sail. He wants a sailboat. It should be small, seaworthy enough to sustain dreams of the horizon, and it should be cheap. In other words, a project boat. Follow me as I search for, buy, fix and sail the perfect small cruising sailboat. Some say it doesn't exist, I beg to differ.
